Ingredients
2 slices whole grain bread ( 100% whole wheat/full seed bread/ rye bread/oat bread)
1/4 cup avocado
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon lemon/ lime juice
1 teaspoon chia seeds
A pinch of pepper flakes
3 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese
Method
Spread the butted evenly over the two slices of bread.
Heat a pan and toast the bread till brown on both sides.
Mix the avocado and lime juice in a bowl then spread evenly across your 2 slices of bread.
Sprinkle the chia seeds, pepper flakes and cheddar cheese on top.
Put the two slices of bread on top of each other and your toast is ready to eat.
