Turmeric Latte

Ingredients

1 cup hot or warm milk (depending on your preference)

½ teaspoon turmeric

½ teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon honey

A dash of black pepper

Instructions

For this recipe, all you have to do is blend the ingredients in a blender till frothy.

Tips

If you want to lose weight, minimize the use of honey. Use less honey or remove it completely. Alternatively, you can use a non-nutritive sweetener like stevia.

If you’re vegetarian or are on a vegetarian diet, replace milk with almond, soy or coconut milk to make it vegetarian.
